INSTO (Installments, Inc.) was founded in Kansas City, USA, with a development team in Taiwan, and was officially launched in Taiwan and the U.S. in 2017. We started by designing an app to bring the concept of installment collection and payment services via the mobile Web, generating a lot of interest.
